We are 2 couples in our 60’s. First time in Lake Tahoe and this home worked very well for us providing privacy for each since there was a bedroom and bathroom upstairs as well as down. The beds were comfy, towels were great and the washer and dryer was handy. We sat by the fire pit and a good size bear went up a tree right by us. It is their home after all. Kitchen was well stocked and the spices, laundry soap and amenities were very well stocked. April was a great host and very responsive. We would definitely return to this home.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and even better than the pictures. The location was perfect for our Lake Tahoe trip, and the whole place had such a peaceful, cozy mountain feel. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and made everything from check in to checkout super easy. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. Our family had an amazing time and made some great memories here. We would 100% stay again the next time we’re in Tahoe. Highly recommend! 😁

We loved the house for our team offsite. The WiFi was solid, check-in was easy, and the bedrooms, deck, BBQ and fully stocked kitchen made it effortless to settle in. It’s conveniently located, a quick drive to the main strip but tucked away enough to feel quiet. And if you run, the trails straight behind the house are incredible. We will be gladly returning!

What a beautiful house, crafted with detail and care (pictures do not do it justice). Viktoria and her team went above and beyond to create an inviting space. The home is in perfect condition with everything you could ask for (kitchen appliances, full spice rack, nice towels, welcome bottle of wine and specialty coffee, etc.), all within walking distance of South Lake Tahoe. It was a perfect stay for LDW, and we would happily come again. Thank you!

This house exceeded our expectations for a rental. Everything is very clean and new. The house is conveniently located just off Rte. 50, the main route through South Lake Tahoe. The house is spacious, with livingrooms upstairs and down, high ceilings, king bedrooms with bathrooms for each, and a private fenced back yard. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we found extras like coffee, tea bags, spices, and lots of glasses and coffee cups. The managers left us a home manual and were quick to respond to any questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Highly recommend! The house feels extremely homey and comfortable - it’s well designed, has quality decor and furnishings, and is extremely well equipped to handle a large group. Extremely impressive kitchen items including glassware, cake pans, crockpot, blender, two dishwashers, etc. We also appreciated the cloth napkins and placemats - it truly felt like a home away from home :)

Very lovely place. Location was perfect - convenient to everything. Our son loved the upstairs kids' room and enjoyed the toys and books. Outdoor games and gas fire pit were a lot of fun. Comfortable and cozy and very nice. Had everything we needed.
