We had a 12 person golf trip all visiting Tahoe for the first time. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious. Kitchen was clean and fully stocked with all the tools to feed a large group. Great privacy and view perched on a hill. Viktoria was very welcoming and responsive. Location is perfect, 2 minute drive to the grocery store and 10 minute drive to downtown South Tahoe. Would highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely amazing - this was by far the best airbnb we have ever stayed in and was well worth it. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was incredible!!!

This house is beautiful inside and out. We utilized 5 of the bedrooms, including the mother-in-law suite, everyone was very comfortable. The master bedroom is incredible. The kitchen is just like the picture and had so many extra amenities that you don't see at other Airbnb locations. For our group, the patio was the best area. We gathered there each night to enjoyed the scenery and wind down from the days activities. We stayed for a week over the American Century Golf Tournament weekend. The location was great. It was super easy to get to the downtown area. There was also a Safeway close by that made it very convenient pick-up supplies as needed. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly what we’d expected - clean, quiet, and very well appointed. Viktoria was extremely responsive and was a pleasure to communicate with. If you’re looking for a great place that your group can stay at around the area, we’d highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home! It is one of the only rentals in the area with a permit for 14. Not only that, but 7 comfortable bedrooms so couples can all have their own room. It has such a great layout for groups! The house itself was in perfect condition - clean, well decorated, comfortable beds/linens, and all the amenities you need so you don’t have to overpack, including a pack and play and high chair for infants. The location is great! The neighborhood is across from Round Hill Beach, there is a plaza for grocery/coffee/food at the entrance of the neighborhood, and it is about 7 min from South Lake Tahoe. Lastly, the host was super responsive and accommodating. We requested fragrance free and sensitive cleaning products and detergents to be used and they were more than happy to do this for us.

The place was exactly what was described and it fit our family gathering perfectly. Viktoria was very responsive to our needs as they arose. She took extra steps to help us with our family gathering to make it very successful. She was magnificent. I would highly recommend her place and her as a fabulous host.

We had the best bridal retreat for my daughter. Such a special time to bond before the wedding. Super close to the lake! All the amenities helped us create an amazing family experience. I had an excellent stay at Viktoria’s Airbnb. The house was as advertised and even had a ping pong table which was not listed so that was a nice surprise. The place was very clean and all of the amenities worked great. The location is convenient with the lake and casinos being just a few minutes away. Viktoria was very responsive and helpful and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. 10/10 and I would highly recommend to others looking to stay in the beautiful South Lake area.

Stayed here during our wedding week and just wow!! The kitchen was insanely impressive - there are three sinks and two dishwashers! Perfect for breakfast in the morning with everyone and a luncheon our second day. The master bedroom was perfect for girls getting ready the morning of our wedding and nice downstairs area for the guys to hang out. Overall the house was gorgeous (we did our first look off the front deck) and would stay in again! Perfect for families/friends for little get togethers. The hosts - Tori and April - were both amazing and super responsive. We didn't have almost any issues - the only being a neighbor "complaint" (whom we had an interaction with while getting our ceremony chairs unloaded to be picked up) and one of the outside locks got jammed. Even with construction next door the neighborhood is really quiet and the workers were insanely nice. We also were able to walk to Safeway to pick up some ribbon for the bouquets. 100% would recommend!

This home was beautiful and everything we wanted for our family get away. It’s welcoming and homey downstairs, with enough space that you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. The kitchen is amazing! The only thing I would mention is that the driveway is steep and short. It’s not easy to navigate with multiple vehicles, especially if you have any larger vehicles. Doable, but just be prepared. Overall, we loved the stay. It’s very close to a grocery store which was super convenient.

We had an awesome stay in Lake Tahoe. The kitchen was amazing and the house had plenty of space to accommodate. Good location and easy to get around for our ski trip. Only thing was the TV in the main living space was super slow and we had issues connecting the basketball games (took like 20 min to cast). Other than that, was really great.

Also, it was conveniently located about eight minutes from heavenly village, and all the amazing restaurants and activities to do there.

As a group we had a blast! The bedroom situation was perfect for our large group. Viktoria was great and so quick to respond for anything that we needed at the house. Perfect accommodations for our family vacation! Viktoria’s place and everything we needed! The Kitchen amenities surpassed my expectations making cooking for our group easy. Everyone felt right at home and entertained with all the activities and space. The only tough thing about staying here was a few of us were really uncomfortable on the beds. Some were really hard and very springy. You could hear and feel the springs with every movement. Those sleeping in the 3 queen beds had the most complaints. Otherwise this place was amazing!

Loved our stay! The house is stunning, with comfort and style and space for everyone to relax. The location is great—just a short distance to Heavenly Village and on the way to Northstar, making it very convenient. Viktoria was such an Amazon host, and provided detailed instructions that made check-in and our stay seamless. If you are looking for a great place for a large family, this house has top-notch amenities. The fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, which was a huge plus. We had a blast enjoying the pool table and the kids were able to relax in the TV room while the adults enjoyed conversations in a large table that sits up to 12 people comfortably, not to mention evenings around the cozy fire pit, and a gas grill that was well-maintained and came with all the utensils we needed for a perfect cook. Viktoria has truly thought of everything to make her guests feel at home. One of the best Airbnbs we stayed at thus far, highly recommend it!

Me and my friends had a great time at Viktoria’s space to ring in my 30th birthday. The place was plenty spacious for the 14 of us and looked exactly like the photos described. It’s situated in a great spot just 5-10 mins from Stateline and in a quiet neighborhood. We had a great time with our extended family! There were plenty of bathrooms for everyone, the multiple living rooms were inviting and cozy, and the kitchen was to die for. There were no spices, including salt and pepper, which was a bit surprising. Pretty sure we checked ALL the cupboards, but we could have missed.

This house is amazing. The location is perfect and close to casinos and restaurants. We had a total of 12 people and we had plenty of room, everyone had privacy, and it never felt overcrowded. The house is much bigger than it appears in the pictures! There was clear instructions for everything in the house, which made it very easy. We loved the location of the place, tucked away, but just off the Main Street in south Tahoe. Spacious place, very nice and large kitchen. Patio was nice to have for the kids to play, grill worked well, fireplace as well. Host was very responsive every question we had. Overall enjoyed it very much.

Great for families! Our group had ages 2 weeks thru 70 years. The house was very comfortable for us. The kitchen was well supplied for preparing meals for our group. We used the two dishwashers constantly. The eating area was cozy. It was nice having enough space for people to spread out. The Nevada side was a nice area for our base- with the super market 3 minutes away. Don’t miss Nevada beach!

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb and it accommodated our group of 14 perfectly. The kids loved it. The kitchen was a dream and it was nice to have so much appliances and cooking gear available to use. Location was great with being so close to downtown and a Safeway nearby. Viktor was so responsive and went out of her way in the middle of a snowstorm to come over to help us install the baby gates and lit the fireplace when we had trouble with them. We originally were a little disappointed they switched up the library into a family room but it turned out to be the kids favorite room given there was a tv in the room. Book this spot for your next trip!

The house was very lovely. I took my family to tahoe for the first time & they had a blast. they absolutely loved the house. They did make some changes that are not pictured. Was a little disappointed that they no longer had the library, they changed it to a second living room. it’s nice, just would have loved to see the library. it was our selling point. The rooms are to die for. Decorations made it feel very homey. I’d definitely would bring my family back

We stayed here for a family Christmas. It felt like we were in a winter wonderland. The home is surrounded by the Forrest and we were lucky enough to have a snow storm while we were there the windows provided picturesque views. Beautiful home with all amenities and more.

I rented this house for my son’s wedding party. It was perfect. The rooms are spread apart enough so that you cannot hear your friends. Very nicely decorated and incredible surroundings outside. Would recommend to anyone interested. In fact one of our guests wanted to rent the house next year and it was already taken for that date.

This house was perfect for hosting a group of 14! The patio allowed for a large outdoor area to sit and hang out. The location was under 8 mins to the casinos! the host was extremely helpful and always communicative. They were very accommodating for our requests and so nice. The master bed was probably one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on in a Tahoe rental. I would 100% recommend this home to anyone. I come up to Tahoe every year for memorial weekend/birthday and this host was the most hospitable and helpful host with an amazing home to make memories in! 6 stars!

It was amazing. The location looks rustic, inside and out. The lighting in the kitchen is amazing. We loved the ages. Very accessible to a grocery store in the Main Street. The main room is huge. The shower head on the first floor feels like your under a waterfall. The wifi is not spotty. That’s a big plus. There are so many rooms and doors and windows. Being outside the balcony is perfect. The beach is just below. Take Elks Point Grove to the lake and you will enjoy the beach. You can walk there or drive there.

This house was perfect for our group. Great for kids and the parents. Viktoria was very accommodating and even offered to snow blow the driveway for us during the storm. We had already shoveled it out though haha. We have a 1 year old who saw snow for the first time and the balcony and area surrounding the house was perfect for him. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was wonderful! It was very spacious, clean, and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, and Tupperware for food storage. Viktoria was also very responsive. I reached out to her a once for a clarification on parking, and another time to request a late checkout because of an unexpected situation in my group. In both cases Viktoria responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate us! I would absolutely consider returning to this location.

House was incredible. So much space! We had 6 couples and 3 babies and it was great that everyone could have their own room/space, but also that we didn't feel on top of each other in the common areas. The kitchen has so many drawers and cabinets, it was hard to find things, so my only recommendation would be to add labels if possible. We had an internet issue when we first got there, but the host sent someone right away and it was fixed in no time. The multiple fire places throughout the house made it so cozy with all the snow coming down. Hosts were awesome and super responsive. Would definitely stay again!

It was heavy snow storm before we checked out. Victoria's family came to help us shove the snow on the driveway.

Viktoria was very responsive before and during our stay. She was flexible with house rules and accommodations which helped to make our travel plans easy. My family and I hope to come back during the summer months to get the full experience of the beautiful kitchen which leads to the outdoor patio area! While the in-law house was great, having a television available would have been ideal!

This location was perfect! We had 11 people in our group and the home accommodated all our needs. We never felt cramped in the space and the dining room table sat all of us for family breakfasts and dinners. Great location, close to beaches and grocery stores. Their manual was very helpful with clear instructions. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and possibly use again in the future!

The house has many large rooms and comes well stocked with soap, laundry detergent, paper towels etc. It's conveniently located with easy access to hiking trails, the lake as well as the casinos in town. Viktoria is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Absolutely beautiful home. The kitchen was amazing, not that we did much cooking. The patio/deck area was stunning! Home is large enough to not feel like you’re on top of each other, but still cozy enough to enjoy your family and friends. Convenient location to a lot of places, but far enough to be away from all the crowd. It took us like 7-10 mins to get to Heavenly Village where everything was going on. Viktoria’s added touches to your reservation makes it certainly welcoming. I recommend staying at this home.

Our stay here was wonderful! The house is beautiful and great for groups. Our favorite things were the AMAZING patio where we drank coffee in the mornings and BBQ'd at night, and the game room with a pool table and plenty of seating. There isn't air conditioning, but that was no problem as the house come with plenty of fans to hook up wherever you need them. The location is perfect because you get to enjoy nature (lots of bluebirds and we even saw a bear) but it's just a few minutes away from a grocery store and beach park! We HIGHLY recommend this beautiful house and awesome hosts!

This house was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean, the bedding was fresh (and plenty of beds), enough towels for the whole group. The TV, kitchen appliances, and outdoor grill all worked well. The host was responsive and accommodating. Considering how many people this house comfortably sleeps, the rental rate was a bargain.

Beautiful house accommodated our family reunion well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. A large table with 10-12 chairs and extra bar seating accommodated our crowd. Grocery within walking distance or a quick drive. Easy access to some great beaches Roundhill and Zephyr cove. There is a pool table, pin pong and a fabulous deck for relaxing morning and night. A quick walk up through the back gate and you have great sunset views.

The condition of the house was not great. Although from the surface it looked clean (kitchen and bathroom countertops), the rest of the house was pretty dirty. There are stains all over the walls, basically in every room. The bathroom walls especially around the toilets had brown/black spots. The light switches, all the sink and cabinet knobs/doors are covered in grime. The fridge had previous guests' open left overs (ice cream, chicken...). The furniture, baseboards, windows, etc. had months/years worth of dust. The kitchen cabinets and drawers have food, crumbs, stains in them. There are cobwebs everywhere. Many of the windows don't have screens so we couldn't open them or bugs would enter. The garage door wouldn't stay open and shuts randomly The upstairs dryer doesn't work. One dishwasher doesn't work; the other one falls out of the wall. The racks inside also fall out every time you open it. Many of the outlets are powerless. The house was spacious enough for my family (13 of us) to stay without ever feeling crowded. The open layout of the kitchen, dinning room and deck was great for hanging out and meals. The host was easy to communicate with and did fix a few broken items when we arrived.

Lots of space in a convenient location in southeastern Lake Tahoe. We had a great time.

Really great stay! Couldn't ask for a better host! Some thing around the home need repair but didn't hinder our stay at all. Would absolutely recommend the home for any visitors, adults or families.

Friends and I had a lovely weekend enjoying the lake, trails and summer sun! The location was in perfect proximity to everything we needed and was just a couple minutes from the grocery store (we could even walk there). Even during the heat wave, the house stayed very cool and we were always comfortable! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Beautiful and spacious home for my family of 13. Location was close by lake, eateries and shopping centers. Our family enjoyed the comfort of this home and were kept entertained with ping-pong table, pool table, outdoor fire-pit and amazing views. The home was absolutely everything you could imagine! We come as a family every year to Tahoe. The space was larger than I expected. We had plenty of towels and blankets. The kitchen is a dream. Viktoria was such a blessing! We had to change the dates because my son was in an accident, she didn’t even hesitate!! I recommend this property and these owners to anyone who wants the Tahoe group experience.

This beautiful home was exactly as we expected. The location was really ideal for skiing at Heavenly and visiting the local hotspots, beaches, and shopping. The abundance of space and rooms made this house seem large enough to have your own space, but cozy enough with the fireplaces and winter aesthetic. Would highly recommend any large family group looking to have a great home for a nice weekend.

It was easy to communicate with Viktoria. The place was about 6 mins. away from the casinos and about 2 mins to the grocery. Overall, the place was nice and neat. Has an additional space complete with it’s own bathroom, kitchen and living room. Would definitely consider booking again in the future.

The place was amazing. Our group of friends and family couldn’t have celebrated Veterans Day weekend any better! We enjoyed every moment inside the house, it was very homey. There was a lot of space and enough beds for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the inside activities like playing pool or simply watching movies together. Definitely book in advance! Viktoria was a great host and has a great home! It’s super close to many great outdoor activities in the South Lake Tahoe area. Beautiful and very spacious home. Perfect for large family gathering. We especially enjoyed the long dining table that opened up to a comfortable outdoor deck. Hiking, riding the Heavenly gondola, and river rafting down the Truckee River are a must.

This house was wonderful! Lots of space, and a great location. This was perfect for a large group. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs and one bedroom in the mother in law suite off the garage. The kitchen is gigantic! Plenty of space to cook, and have help. There are 3 sinks and 2 dishwashers which make cleaning up super easy! The dining table seats 12 I believe but you can squeeze another chair in there. There is a library with a small piano, a pool table, board games, and a TV connected to netflix/HBO/etc. A BBQ on the patio as well. There’s a lovely little trail that takes you to the top of the hill that’s a great view of the lake too! There’s enough to keep you entertained at the house for a few hours until you head out! The grocery store is just at the base of the hill, less than 5 minutes away, and if you drive just a little further north up the highway, you can get to Zephyr Cove beach. If you drive in the opposite direction you get to the casinos and heavenly village which has all kinds of restaurants and is the tourist spot. All in all, this is a great Tahoe experience!

Unique house with tons of room for everyone! The deck was where we ended up every night roasting marshmallows and looking at the stars. Overall a great few days away to spend time with family!

We had such a lovely time in this gorgeous home! There was lots of space, fun games, a huge kitchen, and a beautiful design. The location was perfect and we were so comfortable just lounging around the house.

Great home, within 10 mins of everything in South Lake Tahoe

The home was very lovely, extremely spacious, and a super convenient location to everything. We saw some reviews stating that the fridge didn't get very cold and (it wasn't to my attention until a day after we had settled in) but we easily fixed the fridge issue by taking it OFF vacation mode. Hopefully that helps a few travelers who stay here. Once we got that situation handled all of our beverages and food remained cold! Viktoria was very kind, lovely, easy to communicate with and she left a few suggestions on where to eat in the home manual! This home is a spectacular choice for making memories with the family. The driveway was tricky at first but we soon got the hang of it. we did have to constantly repark and park so that people could get in and out but It definitely only fits four cars (one in the garage and three in the driveway) I loved this place so much that I wouldn't mind staying here again! You won't regret your stay here.

Great big house that comfortable fits a bigger group. The house is a bit old but is charming and beautifully furnished. Our family enjoyed the pool table and playing ping pong in the garage. The house has great WiFi and we were able to join our Zoom calls for work and school without any issues.

This house has a lot of charm and character. We loved it for a big ski trip to California. It accommodated all of us and was warm and comfortable! There is a lot to say about it, but the location is wonderful just a few from stateline allowing for easy access to skiing and casinos. COVID stopped a lot of going out, so the big house was a must and the kitchen is really something. Stay here, it’s great!

We are so grateful for this cozy slice of heaven and recommend it for large families or group of friends to enjoy a space together. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking, and the fireplaces made it so warm and homey. PS, I highly recommend that you have 4-wheel drive or snow chains if you come here during the winter! After a heavy snowstorm it can be tricky to drive without.

We had such a great time gathering with family & friends. The space is so comfortable for a large group, we were able to choose to be all tougher (meals) or spread out into smaller groups all around the home. The grocery store is just a few minutes away, and the kitchen has everything you can think of to cook any meal. The home was immaculately cleaned and supplied with plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, and leaning materials. The only thing that took us a few hours to figure out was the thermostat, there are 5. So maybe a little more detail about adjusting those upon arrival since it was later in the day to begin with. We truly enjoyed everything about our time in Glenbrook and would highly recommend this home!

Great host (even offered us 2 bottles!), great location but the place needs a refresh. We were 11 and not many of us got good sleep during our 1 week stay due to the bedding quality, inconsistant heating and noise from the radiators. The house was not really clean and some amenities are in bad conditions. I think if those things get resolved that could indeed become the "Ultimate Mountain Castle". Thanks

My family spent an early Thanksgiving at Viktoria’s home which was the perfect getaway. She was a wonderful host and accommodated an early check-in since we were traveling with two young children. The home was very clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and fresh flowers. Beautiful space and love the decor in every room. My entire family had a wonderful time!

We had a good size of about 14 come out for our wedding in the Lake Tahoe area and what an incredible experience it was. Viktoria was on top of our messages and always very quick with the responses. The house was very spacious and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is huge and was perfect for the caterers who came in to make us all brunch the morning after the ceremony. We were in a great location with grocery stores and gas stations right down the street and beautiful Lake Tahoe just minutes away. All said and done, we would absolutely stay here again. This house is excellent and spacious.

This place was perfect for our bubble of 14 people. Viktoria was an amazing host and the subtle welcome signs and gift was a special touch. The home felt warm and open while still providing privacy when needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. My dog made a friend. The kitchen made me feel like I could film a cooking show. The house is located in a perfect area, close to grocery stores, beaches and casinos. We hope to go back next Summer.

Pictures do not do this place justice! I had been looking forward to this trip for weeks. The rooms are bigger than they seem in pictures and the kitchen is AMAZING!!! There was plenty of space for all of us and cooking dinner was so much faster because a lot of us were able to prep the food. All 3 sinks were so useful and the kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. We had an amazing time with the pool table and the piano. Location was also very convenient. I thought that this place having one couch would be concerning but we were all still able to gather in the kitchen, dining table and the French Doors that opened to the patio. Although we didn't have this problem, I would mention all the rooms are upstairs and yes, the mother in law suite is 2 steps away but they're a little steep so walkers and wheelchairs would not be ideal. I would absolutely love to stay here again with my family the next time we visit Tahoe! Thank you again for your hospitality, friendliness, quick responses and beautiful cabin!

Great location. Central to lots of things to do in South Lake Tahoe and literally next to a super market and gas station. Host has great communication with timely response. The highlight of this house is the big kitchen and dining room opening out to the bbq deck. That is where we hung out majority of our stay. One minor issue was the fridge /freezer was not cold enough even at the lowest temp setting, we had to keep things in a icebox cooler to keep it frozen/cold.

We had a wonderful time! There were 15 of us and we had plenty of room. It was in an amazing location and a perfect mini get-a-way! I really wish I could have brought the kitchen home! :) Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home.

My family had a great time at Victoria’s place. The location was perfect, close to many beaches and to downtown. We enjoyed the little hike behind the house at sunset. Great spacious home for kids and adults.

This house was perfect for a large group of people and the location was very convenient. A grocery store, beaches, restaurants, and downtown South Lake were all within a five minute drive of the house. On first impression, everything about the house was super cool, but then once we settled in for our little trip, we started noticing little things about the place that needed some work. Some of the windows will open, but won’t close. The garbage was full upon our arrival (the host had it emptied the next day after we mentioned it to her). A shower drained extremely slow, which we also mentioned to the host. We were told that it would be fixed the next day, but it never was. The fridge had a hard time staying cold, and as a result, we put our perishables in a cooler with ice. Overall, our group had fun. Would I stay here again? Probably.

Amazing kitchen!!

The house is quite large and you wouldn’t guess that from the street. We had 13-15 people and we fit comfortably. Location is close enough to Stateline to enjoy that area, but just far enough away so that you feel like you are just at a mountain home. Would love to know the house’s history, it looks like it should have a good story.

Great for families. Large kitchen and Many rooms so you could also get away to get some peace and quiet. After the kids were asleep the adults were able to come out for some wine over the fire place. Viktoria was a great host and would definitely stay here again.

Four families with kids stayed at this great place for great ski vacation. Uniquely located with a short drive to Heavenly, and with walking distance grocery stores, etc. The house is very spacious, with a great Kitchen and social areas. Highly recommended!

This place is really adorable and facilitated our family gathering for Thanksgiving perfectly. The large kitchen is quite lovely and furnished nicely. I filled the owner in on some of the minor repairs that really needed to be fixed. There were fresh flowers and gourds donning the giant kitchen table waiting for us. My only minor complaint was that it is listed as Glenbrook. Being from Reno, most of us were confused when our GPS had us pass the Glenbrook we thought we were going to and went instead to Round Hill area a couple of miles farther and on the other side of hwy 50 (not on the Lakeside or in the gated community.) Maybe I missed it on the description... The driveway is pretty steep and can only have 5 cars (no parking on the street), and some of us had a difficult time making it up the icy driveway with our cars. I recommend snow tires in the winter for the driveway. But Viktoria was a wonderful hostess and responded to our questions and concerns quickly. We all had an amazing time and would go back.

An amazing place, we had a great time!

I can't say enough about how great this home is. We had 7 adults and 4 children and there was so much room for everyone! The home is absolutely beautiful and communicating with Viktoria was fantastic. Amazing location, so close to the beach and Heavenly Village! Check-in was a breeze and it had everything we needed to feel right at home. We absolutely can't wait to return next year.

My family loved the home. We had a great time and that kitchen is something else! The location is also great, being near the casinos and walking distance to the grocery store. We also loved how quiet the neighborhood was.

This house is even better than the pictures show! The porch is magnificent and we spent so much time out there around the gas fire pit chatting and sipping wine. The kitchen is amazing and we spent a lot of time in there!! The location is just perfect. Not too far from town but far enough to still get the quite scenery of a little Tahoe neighborhood. We loved out trip and this house definitely added to our fantastic experience!!

There are so many rooms and bathrooms, it was like being at a resort, but with all the ease of a home. Close to entertainment, hiking, the lake, and more. Just a perfect spot for our mini reunion.

Viktoria's home is fantastic, and Viktoria is a very kind and attentive host. We were greeted with a kind note, bottle of wine, and fresh flowers on the counters in the huge and beautiful kitchen. We all loved playing pool and ping pong, relaxing on the huge deck with the fire pit, or playing games around the huge dining table. The location is superb as well. We could walk to the local Safeway grocery store, and the walk to the beach and a dog beach was not too far, either. There was also parking at the nearby beach, which was convenient when we had a lot to carry. We were glad to be in a quiet residential area, yet just a short drive to the hustle and bustle of south Tahoe. We certainly hope to return to Viktoria's home for another family vacation soon!

We loved our stay at Viktoria’s house. The house worked for our big family trip of 10 adults and 7 kids. Short drive to a few different lake beaches and hikes/walks. And near South Lake Tahoe. The deck and fire pit got lots of use in the evenings. And Viktoria was responsive / easy to communicate with.

This is a great house for a big family! Kitchen is enormous, the 2 dishwashers a great help, and it is very well-stocked. The whole house is well-stocked with normal vacation needs. Lots of kid stuff ("kids" aren't necessarily under 21), too: ping-pong, pool, game console, piano. There are multiple TV's, but amazingly, nobody watched them. Just too much else going on. Great location, too!

Excellent space, many great amenities the kids will love (pool table, arcade table, ping pong table), very comfortable, fantastic kitchen and deck areas. Host Viktoria was incredibly helpful and responsive. We highly recommend for your Tahoe vacation!

The home is comfortable, well equipped and in a very convenient location. You can easily access south end restaurants, shopping, casinos and beaches. Seating for a large group can be accommodated in the kitchen/dining area as well as on the deck that is connected to the kitchen. It's a lovely space in the summer to sit outside and enjoy time together with comfortable seating and a gas fire pit. Viktoria is a gracious host and available at any time to answer questions or address concerns.

Great place for a big family to meet up and not be on top of each other, tons of space. I felt the location was a great spot for all the activities that we wanted to do also.

We rented out this airbnb for a group of college friends. It looks small from the outside, but it really did fit all of us (14 adults, 6 kids) very comfortably. It is so close to anything you could want and you can hike around there as well. There are many close beaches, including dog friendly ones. The kitchen in fully stocked except for food and we had plenty of room to move and cook and clean and play all at the same time. We had a moment where we locked ourselves out of a room and ended up climbing in a window, but Viktoria was very responsive and ready to call a locksmith if it was necessary. Also very easy to get a hold of by phone. We spent lots of time out on the deck and the fire pit was just a great finishing touch that allowed us to roast marshmallows. Everything was clean and well taken care of. There are not enough good things to say about this place. I would highly recommend it to anyone doing a group trip.

Beautiful, clean home! Viktoria is a great host with prompt responses to questions we had. The layout of the home was perfect for our big group. The pool table is very central, and the study area was perfect for when someone wanted a quiet corner to read/relax. The master suite was amazing and everyone reported that their beds were comfortable. There was a pack n play in the master closet which was great. Everything was clean, the decor was lovely and updated, and it was overall a great stay!

I would not hesitate to stay in Viktoria's lovely home or recommend to a friend. We were a party of 14 old friends coming together for our biannual reunion. The amenities of the home were wonderful. It truly was like being home. The kitchen is a wonderful place to gather, set up bar, cozy around the fireplace and overeat. We were able to easily store and prepare food for 14 people. The 3 sinks and 2 dishwashers were fantastic. The coffee pot was a busy hub in the AM and wet bar in the PM. We played pool, backgammon, ping pong and sang around the piano. We cozied up to any one of the 3 indoor fireplaces and also the fire pit on the deck. Viktoria has provided a detailed manual to help walk you through the operation of appliances, thermostats and fireplaces etc in the house. The living room was a great place to watch some Final Four, read a book or just have a conversation. The home is in a great location to see the sights. A quick walk up the hill in the backyard gives a wonderful view of the lake. We also walked down to the lake and I recommend you cross 50 at the light by Safeway. Quick drive to Carson City, Virginia City or the action and sights of South Lake Tahoe. Thanks Viktoria

We used this lovely home for a "working week" for seven of us. It was a perfect setup with comfortable bedrooms and several meeting areas with desks.

Beautiful home that fits large parties comfortably. 5-10 minutes away from Heavenly Village and the Gondola. Perfect location to get to the Lake, ski lifts, grocery stores, restaurants, and Casinos! Chefs kitchen, library/den, pool table, 3 fire places downstairs! What more could you ask for? Large Master with another fireplace and views from the second story. Our group had an amazing 2019 mini vacation and our stay at this awesome home was the Key to they enjoyment! Thank you!

We had a large party with tons of younger kids and we all fit very easily in Viktoria's home. She was a great host that quickly answered our questions. The home was well stocked for making all our meals which pots, pans, dishes, mugs, silverwear, glasswear, coffee maker, vitamix, even baking equipment. plenty of towels provided, as well as soap for all the bathrooms. The fireplace was a cozy touch at the end of a day in the snow. Highly recommend staying at this very comfortable home!

Everything about our stay at Viktoria's was perfect! A total of 17 of us stayed here and there was PLENTY of space. The house is HUGE! The kitchen is fantastic and very well stocked. The decor is so fun and makes you feel like you're living inside Pinterest. We got snowed in and almost had to stay another night. Viktoria was very accommodating and helpful! I HIGHLY recommend that you book this house and I plan to be back!

When we stumbled upon this house on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true to accommodate our large party. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed. Viktoria is the most thoughtful and gracious host, left us a bottle of wine and nice, warm welcoming card. She provided with all the information we needed for a smooth experience. This house was perfect or a party of 16! The kitchen was perfect and contained everything one needs. The location was incredible, walking distance to the Nevada Beach! All the amenities were excellent! We had a professional pianist in our large group and her piano in the study provided us with soothing entertainment to get through the cold winter night. Location was perfect! Within walking distance to the supermarket, bars, and restaurants.I would absolutely recommend to stay here. Viktoria's rental was perfect for our family trip of 11. When we weren't convened at the dinner table, there were plenty of cozy corners to enjoy the beautiful space. The kids had a great time playing hiding seek, and building snowmen. The kitchen is a bright and spacious and the dinner table seated all of us perfectly. The location was awesome, very close to tons of restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. We are already looking forward to returning very soon!

This home is amazing, the minute you drive up you know it's going to be a special time. Lots of amenities in the home allow for family members of all ages to feel comfortable and relaxed throughout the stay. The multiple fireplaces in the home instantly warmed the house and allowed everyone to get into true vacation mode. The kitchen was large and beautiful, allowing my family to cook together while interacting with those in the dining room or patio. (the patio btw is so beautiful!). Overall we had an amazing vacation and my family was so grateful for what a lovely place this was.

Viktoria’s home is everything you could hope for and more. It’s somehow intimate and vast at the same time, each room has its own flare and personal touch. I can’t say enough about how welcoming and warm the space is, we had a pretty big group of twelve adults and we all fit comfortably (there were even rooms to spare!) We were quite surprised by just how big the space itself was, and the kitchen is to die for if you fancy whipping up a meal. The house itself is also very close to Nevada Beach and local eats. Viktoria was very helpful and gave us great tips for hikes and Tahoe fare. It was worth every penny, would vacation here again in a heartbeat!

Viktoria's place was way beyond our expectations! We had the feeling to stay in a fairy tale house. We were a family of 11 people and had enough room and comfort for all of us. We enjoyed cooking American and French breakfasts in the huge kitchen and play board games in the living room. Every room is very well decorated. The location is very convenient. A bottle of red wine was waiting for us. We had a blast, thank you so much!

This place is the best value in all of Lake Tahoe! Where else do you get to stay in your own modern style mansion for less than $800 per night? This place has everything!! Fire pit, outdoor lighting, beautiful decor, pool table, & table tennis. The area is perfect as there is a shopping area a walk or 5 minute drive away. You still feel like your in a secluded neighborhood surrounded by nature!!

We really enjoyed the short time that we spent in this lovely home. I hosted my team for a little team building. We cooked for each other in that amazing kitchen. The steaks we cooked on a top quality grill on the deck were delicious and afterward, we chatted outside around the fire pit and enjoyed one of the fireplaces inside as well. Nearly all 9 of us had private rooms and we wanted for nothing. This was a great place for us to hang out together as a team. Everything was wonderful! I thought it was a great value and I would love to go back.

The home was overall nice in a superb location close to grocery stores, Zephyr Cove, and the Casinos. The cleanliness of the floors were questionable especially with the no shoe policy and our host immediately addressed our concerns by sending the cleaners the next day. Our host was super fast with the responses and communication was excellent addressing our concerns.

We had such a fabulous stay at Viktoria’s House! The property is absolutely beautiful and even much nicer than on the pictures. The outside deck is so enjoyable to gather by the fire and cook a good barbecue. All the rooms are great! The Master bedroom is truly fabulous but all the others are pretty much the same, very nice and comfortable. It is super convient and well located, very quiet and feels so cosy and homey. I definitely recommend it for groups of friends or families and would love to stay there again during a future trip to the beautiful Lake Tahoe. Thank you for everything Viktoria, your attention to all details and very kind attentions made our stay beyond perfect!

Viktoria’s house was amazing. It’s located near the beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are plenty of rooms and a patio to relax and catch up on. We had 16 people and this house surprisingly accommodated everyone. This place made for a great weekend with my friends. Viktoria was very responsive and had some great suggestions for activities around the area. Would definitely recommend this place and host.

If you want to know what it's like to live inside Pinterest, stay here. The house is clean, enough space for everyone, and host is super quick to respond. She was also incredibly kind to let us check in early even though previous guests had just left that morning. The best part of the house though is the location. It's a ridiculously short drive to a great beach (all coarse sand and no rocks or debris) plus shade from some evergreens. It's also very close to a beautiful easy hike to Round Mound. Kids got to the top in 30 minutes. Adults could do it in 14. If you like a challenge, try to do it in 10. Very few homes in Tahoe have AC, and this is no exception, BUT the host provided a plethora of fans to help cool down the upstairs, as well as blackout shades to insulate the home during the peak hours of heat. Every person in our group enjoyed this house.

Viktoria is a great communicator. Everytime we texted her we got an immediate reply and all our questions were answered. The house was awesome and everyone had such a fun time in this home. The only issue we had on it stay was with the housekeeping staff which I’m sure Viktoria will address immediately!

We had a group of 15 and the house was perfect. The kitchen is big and allowed us to easily cook large meals with several cooks in the kitchen. The walk out doors from dining room/kitchen to front deck made it very easy to socialize with the entire group. The casinos and nightlife are just a short 10 minute drive away. Viktoria was very easy to communicate with; always responding within minutes. Overall great experience!

This place is even better in person than the pictures! The kitchen is huge and the dining area is perfect for large family/friends gathering. The home is also bigger than the pictures show and can easily accommodate large groups. In this case, we had 6 adults and 7 children and our stay couldn’t have been any more enjoyable. The home is conveniently located near beaches, markets, and downtown. Viktoria was a fantastic host with clear communication and directions throughout. Can’t say enough good things here. Victoria and her Home exceeded our expectations. It started with the ease of reserving the reservation on the home, followed by a detailed text message on local amenities that were available and once we arrived a informational book with detailed instructions. Everything was excellent, convenient, , and made our Fourth of July one to remember forever. The home was fully stocked with necessities we would need as well as games for the kids including a ping pong table and pool table. The pictures do not do this home justice the decor and surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. Would absolutely recommend. And hope to stay there again in the near future

Great house with plenty of room for a lot of people! Viktoria made it really easy to rent, and also answered any questions right away. All you need in the house to make a great vacation! Also close to crocery store if you want to cook for yourself after the day’s activities. Close to the Heavenly Ski area, which had really good runs. We also drove to Kirkwood two of our days, which took about 45mins each way. Really not too bad, worth the drive!

We had a large group of girls stay at this amazing house for a weekend. The house is adorable, clean and was a fabulous place for us to gather and spend time together. We used the kitchen quite a bit to cook and hang out. I would definitely recommend this home to families or large groups of friends!

Viktoria was a wonderful host! She is very hospitable, responsive, and welcoming. I stayed at Viktoria's with my family this past winter and we had fun both in and out of the snow. Her home is beautifully designed and decorated to reflect the local surroundings and has a number of enjoyable amenities. Everyone enjoyed the lit up deck, the pool table, and piano. It's a prime location too! Close to a small shopping plaza with groceries and restaurants, minutes away from the Lake, close to Heavenly, and down the block from the casinos. The pictures hardly do this house justice. The kitchen is beautiful, well stocked, and has 3 sinks. The 14 of us fit extremely comfortably. We loved the fireplaces, TV, and climbing decor! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! The 14 of us had enough sleeping space and bathroom accommodations. We would've liked more furniture, in the common areas, to relax together after a long day of skiing. The furniture is modern and beautiful but not particularly comfortable and not enough for 14 people to sit and watch television together. Perhaps that would be okay if the bedrooms each had televisions, but, the only bedroom that has a television is the master. The kitchen does have exactly 14 spaces to eat, so that was nice ... We could all eat together there. We enjoyed cooking in that kitchen! The house is very nice and the view to the lake from the trail behind the house is breathtaking.

This is a great home that is a quick 5-10 min drive from South Lake Tahoe and Heavenly. Really close to a Safeway too. Also the space is very good for large groups and has enough bathrooms and bedrooms to support multiple families! Only feedback I would have is that the clean up required upon check out by the guests is a little heavy considering the cleaning fee and 11 AM check out time... However- that would not stop us from staying here again next time if the place was available!

Beautiful house

We had a great time here! The house is large and easily accommodated our family group of 4 couples and 6 kids. We especially appreciated the huge kitchen and the in-law unit (right off the kitchen). Some of our group enjoyed walks to the beach, although it does require crossing Hwy 50 with no crosswalk, which we didn't feel comfortable doing with small children. But it's just a 2 minute drive to the beach, so that wasn't a big deal to us. The living room is small for such a big house, but with all the beaches and hiking nearby it didn't matter too much. Viktoria was helpful and easy to reach when we had questions before the trip. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend, especially for large/multi-family groups.

Not a lot of outdoor area for children. Would be nice to have a larger deck in front of the house with a dining table because this house is for large groups. We actually brought a fold up picnic table and put it on the deck. The beach is really not an easy walk because you have to cross hwy 50 with not stop light. We drove to the beach. We had a great time with our family and there is plenty of room and the kitchen is wonderful.

We came with 12 women in their 30's for a girls getaway weekend. The house was perfect! The kitchen as very well equipped with mostly everything we needed (we did bring our own spices, but we always do so nothing unexpected there). We spent most of our time in the kitchen - the island always seems to be the gathering place! Beds were comfortable. Decor was cute. The only thing that seemed weird initially was the sink and toilet in the laundry room, but it ended up being useful with so many people. We had 8 cars (more than the driveway would hold), but didn't have an issue parking on the street below the house. Location was great, just a quick Uber to Stateline and Zephyr Cove. Safeway is also just a few blocks away, so we were able to easily pick up groceries or run to the store for odds and ends (like wood for the outdoor fireplace). We had a blast! Will definitely be back again!

My big family of 16 enjoyed staying at this charming, with lovely modern decor, home for a few days. It is very convenient to get to and even nicer the supermarket, Safeway, is a short drive away. Everything we needed was provided and Viktoria was easy and responded very quickly to questions and comments we had. I would definitely stay at this home again in the future!

Our families really enjoyed our stay at this home. The ample kitchen space was perfect for cooking large meals and dining. The beds and linen were very comfortable. Viktoria is very nice and responds quickly to any issues.

This place was everything we wanted and more. Our friends and family were in awe. It was perfect for our big group, 'so much room for activities' and the kitchen was amazing! We could all be in the kitchen and dining room without feeling cramped. It offered so much room that people could enjoy every part of the house. The beach is within walking distance but it's a little difficult and maybe dangerous to cross where indicated but we managed fine. There is a cross walk down the street that would be fine as well. Our only complaint: Mother Nature decided to SNOW in mid June, but it was still soooo beautiful Thank you again.

Although the place is a little dated and needs some updating (particularly the bathrooms), we loved the overall character of the home and it had plenty of space for our group of 10. The host (Viktoria) was great and quick to respond to all our questions. She left a bottle of wine and some ice cream in the freezer for us which was awesome. We had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the home. Will definitely look to come back!

Incredible home! Fits a good group of couples or a large family perfectly. The kitchen and dining area is lovely, as are all the bedrooms! So nicely decorated. Just a quick drive to Heavenly which was perfect and easy uber drives to casinos if you're looking to spend the evening out! Although I think you'll just want to hang out at the house, it's perfect!

Lovely home! A group of 16 of us came here for a weekend stay and there were no downsides. We had an incredible time and Viktoria was a great host. Thank you!

House was gorgeous and we had plenty of space for 16 adults. The Location was perfect, less than a 5 minute drive to the casinos for late night fun, but still secluded. The best part of the Stay was Viktoria, any issue or question I had was responded to immediately. Best host I've dealt with on AirBnB.
