The house is amazing! Great location close to a ton of hiking and biking trails, but still close to restaurants and the heart of town. The house has an amazing layout, top of the line furniture and appliances. Amazing place to stay, highly recommend.

We stay approx 30 days in the Lupine Chalet. It was nicely designed, modern and very well equipped for a long term stay. The host was quick to respond to any of our questions. The area is very quiet but also a shirt drive into town. We enjoyed our stay and have only good things to say about our stay here.

Overall we had a very positive experience! Viktoria and April were very responsive and friendly. The house is very modern and clean. Rooms are spacious and the outdoor patio / deck is very fun for bbqs and hanging out. The TVs are great too and the house comes with a YouTube TV subscription! The only inconvenience we experienced during our stay is that the cooking gas stove broke twice. Actually, when we got there, the stove was not working already. Upon request, Viktoria provided us a temporary electric stove; though, it only had 2 burners and was very challenging to use to cook food for 8 people. It took several days for the gas stove to get fixed. Once fixed, it broke again towards the end of our stay. This was extremely inconvenient for us since we could not cook our regular meals for several days. Honestly, it was pretty frustrating. Other than that, everything was great.

We were a bit hesitant to book a home sight unseen because sometimes Airbnb's do not come as advertised. This home, however, is decked out! We were surprised by how much thought went into this one. The furniture is nice and the beds are super comfortable. We loved the thoughtful items like a guitar in the corner, an egg chair outside, beach chairs and gear, board games and an oversized Jenga on the patio. The house was just built, and was done tastefully with great quality finishes. The host, Vessela was extremely responsive. We had an issue with a shower drain and a handyman was there the next day to fix it. Anything we needed, got responded to within minutes. If you're considering a place to stay in Tahoe, don't pass up this opportunity. It's a great house with a great host!
